At G&G Dolci, we take pride in delivering the freshest and highest-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept refunds or returns on any orders.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If our courier attempts delivery twice and the recipient does not answer, the package will be discarded and no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you provide an accurate phone number and are available to receive your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at orderonline@ggdolci.com, and we will assess the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of our products.
- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
