In 2016, Chef Gianluca earned a Michelin star leading the pastry team at Venice’s Belmond Hotel Cipriani. He then perfected his craft at Monte Carlo’s Pasticceria Cova and Raffles the Palm Dubai. Now, he's living his dream at G&G Dolci—creating world-class desserts with passion and tradition!
