This Colomba is handcrafted with soft, slow-leavened dough, filled and topped with a smooth pistachio spread and crunchy pistachio grains. The flavor is nutty and aromatic, perfectly balanced by the light texture of the cake. Made without preservatives or industrial ingredients, and wrapped in elegant packaging.

Our Colomba have a life of 3 months at ambient temperature. For optimal freshness, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
